Welcome! I am a PhD candidate in Economics at the Department of Economics, Econometrics and Finance (EEF), University of Groningen (RUG), the Netherlands (NL).

My research lies in Financial Econometrics and Machine Learning. Specifically, I focus on Multimodal Learning in financial prediction, Transformer-based models, Diffusion-based models.

I hold an M.Sc. and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin, Germany. Before my PhD, I gained several industry experiences. For example, I worked as a financial engineer intern at Deloitte Risk Advisory and as a consultant intern at the leading European consulting company d-fine.
